Dark Woods Haunted Attraction is looking for actors, performers and creatures of all kinds to join the 2026 Scream Team.
No haunt experience? No problem.
Bring the energy. Bring the personality. Bring your imagination. We’ll teach you how to turn it into a scare.
Whether you’re an experienced haunter or you’ve never stepped foot inside a haunted attraction, this is your chance to become part of the team that brings Dark Woods to life every Halloween.

Learn the Art of the Scare
Dark Woods doesn’t just find monsters. We make them.
New to haunting? We’ll teach you.
Scream Team Training introduces new actors to the fundamentals of haunt performance, including character development, movement, timing and the techniques that turn raw energy into unforgettable scares.
Returning Scream Team members come back to reconnect with the cast, sharpen their skills and prepare to bring their characters to life for another season.
No previous haunt experience is required.

Come as yourself. We want to see your personality, creativity and energy.
Please wear comfortable street clothes. Costumes are not necessary for auditions.
